CampEasy authorizes resellers and affiliates to resell their products and services and resellers and affiliates agrees to comply with CampEasy terms and conditions that come with the products sold. From this point forward resellers and affiliates will be referred as “reseller”.
1. COMMISSION
The cooperation is based on commission sale from each reservation. Once the reseller reaches 15 bookings per month, the commission can be re-negotiated.
Commission percentage applies to: vehicles being rented, extras, insurances and/or package trips the reseller is able to sell.
The reseller promotes the services offered by the CampEasy. When the client makes a reservation, the reseller receives a commission from CampEasy which is paid directly to the agent as a guarantee for the rental. The agent works as an intermediary – affiliate for the seller.
2. RATE CONDITIONS
CampEasy rates are subject to 11% VAT and are stated and payable in Icelandic Krona (ISK). In the event, any tax changes occur, CampEasy will bill resellers for such expenses.
Prices, terms, and other information in CampEasy documentation are subject to change, at CampEasy’s sole discretion, without notice. CampEasy reserves the right to adjust retail rates to meet the related inflationary changes.
CampEasy guarantees to provide services as reserved by reseller’s clients. In the rare cases of double-bookings, CampEasy will provide similar or a higher category vehicle to the reseller’s client.
The reseller is allowed to use designated photos and information (found on agent.campeasy.com) that are owned by CampEasy to promote the supplier´s services and products.
3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
There is no charge if the client cancels the reservation 24 hours before pick up. If they don’t cancel 24 hours before pick up and don’t show up we retain 30% of the total order amount.
The client is not able to change their booking if there are less than 24 hours until the booking starts. They are not able to shorten the rental once the rental has started. If they wish to lengthen the rental, we will try to accommodate, but it will depend on availability.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
A – Wire transfer (invoice)
Payment needs to be taken 14 days before client’s arrival. Campeasy will invoice reseller for the total rental price, minus commission. Wire transfer can be made to the following bank account:

B – Payment by Credit card
Payment needs to be taken 21 days before client’s arrival. Campeasy will charge reseller for the full rental price, minus commission. Payment will be made on the resellers provided credit card details.
C – Partial payments
The reseller can charge the client a confirmation fee for their rental, and then the client makes a final payment with CampEasy on arrival. Confirmation fee should match the already agreed commission. This payment method will make invoices between CampEasy and reseller no longer needed. 5. ENFORCEMENT
Both parties shall try their utmost to settle any disputes that may arise on the grounds of this agreement.
Both the Supplier, CampEasy, and the reseller, acknowledge that it may have access to Confidential Information of the other party or its affiliates.
Each party shall keep in strict confidence and not use or disclose the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information except to perform or enable its employees and affiliates to create and operate the services provided.

AFFILIATE LINKS
CampEasy hereby authorizes the affiliate to share affiliate links in exchange for a commission. Any sale with an associated affiliate code shall be paid to the affiliate no later than a week after the customer starts his rental.

The affiliate promotes the services offered by CampEasy. When the client makes a reservation, the affiliate receives a 3% commission from CampEasy which is paid directly to the agent as a guarantee for the rental. The agent works as an intermediary – an affiliate for the seller.

Non-Refundable bookings are not subject to the cancellation or amendment policies listed above. Non-Refundable bookings are not refunded after the purchase has been made. For non-refundable bookings, CampEasy does offer the option to freeze the booking. The client can select any new dates, if one of the new dates contains at least one day that falls into the same seasonal price as the original booking.
4. ENFORCEMENT
